From his time in corporate finance he has the dogged mentality of pounding the pavement for opportunities and the drive to follow through. As skilled coordinator and logistics manager, he can get everyone where they need to be to foster success and growth. He is both the support system for the team and the tip of the spear for finding opportunities for expansion.
As evidenced from his ultra-marathon running and rock climbing hobbies, Declan lets nothing stand in the way of his goals and isn’t afraid to put in the leg work that needs to be done. Where things may seem impossible or obstacles insurmountable to others, Declan has the belief and energy to conquer challenges head-on.
